Northeast Ohio Daylily Society

NODS (Northeast Ohio Daylily Society) was formed about ten years ago. Our only goal is to enjoy daylilies! We are a chapter of the American Hemerocallis Society (AHS) and are located in Region 2 which covers the states of Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Each year, our main events include our summer daylily sale and scape event in July at Penitentiary Glen (Lake County Park District), and a fabulous winter banquet at Punderson State Park Manor. We usually have a spring program (guest speaker or garden related tour) and a fall picnic to follow up on a crazy daylily season.

The benefits of being a NODS member include getting a stab at great discounts on local hybridizers daylilies, and the opportunity to visit many beautiful gardens. You can learn the tricks of the trade of successfully growing and caring for daylilies, and the best part.....hanging around with a bunch of cool people!
